We are proud to announce that we have successfully brought our Post Consumer Recyclate (PCR) rPP FIBC project, which we have been meticulously developing since 2021, to life under the İşbir Recycling brand.

By transforming post-consumer waste into high-quality rPP solutions suitable for industrial use, we actively contribute to the circular economy.
This step is the strongest expression of our commitment to turning sustainability from a goal into real, tangible value.

Interpack 2026, Düsseldorf
At the Starlinger & Co. stand, we had the opportunity to test the PCR-content big bag developed by İşbir Sentetik.
The tested big bag was produced entirely using granules manufactured in our own facilities from post-consumer waste through İşbir Recycling technology. Our product contained 50% rPP, while the fabric weight was only 145 gsm.
The result was truly something to be proud of:
Amid surprised reactions, the big bag successfully completed the test with a maximum load of 8,120 kg.
We are not only maximizing PCR usage, but also reducing big bag weight even compared to standard designs without PCR content.
