Isbir Agritex Ground Cover is a porous material from woven
polypropylene tapes that allows a minimum light penetration.
Ground cover is suitable for using in greenhouses.nurseries,orchards,vineyards
And some uncultivated areas to keep areas safe and tidy,for big producers as
For small gardeners.
FUNCTIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
• Blocks the transmission of sunlight therefore reduces photosynthesis and
Prevents weed growth.
• Environmentally friendly reduces the need for herbicides and other weed controls,
thus saving manpower,time and money.
• Fabric constructýons allows water to penetrate into soil and maintains soil humidity
during dry periods by reducing evaporation which leads to a reduced need for irrigation.
Water saving is up to 30% in the amount of water needed can be realized.
• Encourages uniform drainage,which helps prevent the formation of puddles.This
reduces root rot and ground fungus and therefore reduces the need for expensive
pesticide.
• Maintains the desired soil structure.Water and fertilizer are not swept away,and
therefore penetrate directly to desired plant roots,thus accelerating growth.
• Is tear resistans and is not damaged by water,strong sunlight(UV-radiation) or
commonfarm chemicals.
• Coloured tapes inwoven in to a warp and based on requirement of customer in
weft direction too,easy regular planting of herbs or laying flower-pots

• Cloths weight 90g/m, 100g/m, and 130gr/m
• Contains UV inhibitor.
• Basic colour is black having coloured marking tapes (green or blue)
• Marking tapes or squareas are inwoven every 15 cm or 25 cm
• Standard widths are 100, 150, 200, 300 and up to 520 cm, on
standard rolls of 100 lmt
