QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY

Modern & competent laboratory, ISBIR Quality Control Laboratory have a written procedures and detailed instructions for the tests of all incoming materials, work-in-process products and finished products. These internal procedures and instructions are formed according to the international standards (ISO, ASTM, IEC etc.). All tests are performed in qualified & competence Quality Control Laboratory.

We are sure of our products...

• Describes the specifications of all input & work-in-process materials and finished products and records in our Quality Management System.
• Has all the necessary equipment and devices that are used for required tests of input materials and final products.These equipments are supplied from qualified test equipment producers from Europe and Turkiye. All testing equipments calibration is controlled by independent, accredited calibration firms.
• Describes the specifications for packaging materials and resources, and test the specifications of these materials and resources with respect to defined criteria.
• Follows up the new technologies and innovations in FIBC industry, is one of the responsibilities of Quality Control Laboratory management. Our professional staff also participate the R&D of new products to be added to our product range. Training of the staffs is continued proper to the training plans which were prepared for increasing the technical capability.
• All related tests and investigations in Quality Control Laboratory, are performed by experienced chemists and chemical engineers, who have certain experience in Technical Textile and Industrial Packaging production and development,
• All test results are recorded in terminal servers for effective and speedy traceability of test results to take the assistance of the results in the R&D and improvement operations.
